Boy I'm tired this week...can't seem to catch up on my sleep. Last night Jim and I went to buy new batteries for our cell phones, they won't stay charged. We came home with new phones. He has a new touch screen LG phone, me the freebie they were offering--I only use it as a phone, sometimes take a picture but that's all I need.

Work is busy--every one getting things done before the holiday weekend. Our department is also gearing up for a new QA tool. So we have assigned nights to do QA and check each others work. Mine is tomorrow night. Some of the errors are just simple typos but others hold bills from going out to the insurance companies. Once the new QA tool goes into effect we have to maintain a 90% accuracy, which will increase to 95% shortly after that. I'm not worried but there are people in my department that should be.
