Well our time is almost at an end. We have had a great week. Yesterday we went to playground at the rec field here. She had a blast running from swings to the slides to the jungle gym, etc. She took a 3 hour nap when we got home.
Papa taught her a new word this week, he was blowing his nose the other night and she asked "what r ya doin'" he told her blowing his nose then added " to get the boogers out", now every time he blows his nose she says Papa nose, the boogers. Can't wait for the kids to hear this one. Reminds me of when Rob was that age, my brothers thought is funny to teach him those things too.
Didn't get up in time this morning to see if any balloons went over the house, maybe tonight. Sometimes you see a few during the day depends on the wind. I do have to say this is the first year in many that it hasn't rained for the Balloon Festival.
Tomorrow I turn 50, and I feel it. Chasing after a 2 year old is tough, don't get me wrong, I wouldn't have traded one second of our time together, but boy am I tired. Gonna need a vacation from my vacation.
Jim's sister and niece come in this afternoon from Florida for a week. Can't wait to see them, it's been over a year since I last saw Jody, but Meghan was here in early December so not quite a year.
