I've signed up for another cooking class. This one is "Come Saute with Me" We'll learn how to make Milanese, Marsala, Picatta, Francaise, and Saltimbocca. It's not till the end of March though. The one class in Feb. that I would have liked is filled already. Think I might have a couple girls from work who might go to. Been talking to some of them and they're interested so we'll see. I'd like to do the 'Bisque Quik" class which is a Sweet Onion Bisque, Tomato Bisque, Shrimp Bisque, and Acorn Squash Bisque but I can't afford both this month.

The sun is out today--but we are in for another storm the beginning of the week. I have no clue where we are going to put anymore snow. The banks on either side of the driveway are already close to 5 ft tall. The village is taking down banks on the sidewalks so people can see to get out of their driveways. At this rate my camper won't be out till June, won't be able to get it out through the snowbank!!!

Have a great weekend and stay warm everyone

Karen,
Sounds delicious as always. The bisque quick class sounds really good too - and expensive. I would love to be able to make a good seafood bisque.
I know what you mean about snow - we have had enough for two winters just in the last two weeks. At least it doesn't have the chance to get dirty and stays fresh and new (did I just say that?).
Blessings to you and Jim - stay warm.
Hugs,
Sue

I know I have said it before, but I sure do wish I lived closer to you. All of these classes you go to sound like so much fun but there are none anywhere remotely close to me for me to go to. And the few that do come around are ones where you just sit in the audience and watch someone and get no interaction or personal experience. Can't wait to hear how the latest class goes. And for you to share those recipes!
