HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL,
The turkey is in the oven, the apple pie and pumpkin butter cake are baked, we are also having scalloped corn (a favorite from my mom's recipes), dressing, twice baked potato casserole, cheese and herb biscuits, stuffed celery, and cranberry sauce. It's a quiet day here, the kids are in Boston cooking their first turkey with friends and Kristine's mom. My sister and brothers are with their families and Jim's mom and brother will be here in awhile for dinner. I made a trip to the grocery store earlier--wow, it was packed !!! I needed sour cream and more cheese for the baked potato casserole.
Have a wonderful and blessed day.

Hoping your dinner was good and company even better.

We got home from a full day at my moms about 2 hours ago.

We did not do a traditional dinner this year, as we will be having the BIG family Christmas dinner in 3 weeks. Will do the traditional thing then.

I am posting on my blog about our dinner.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Karen,
Bet your dinner was delicious. Ours was yummy too - I can say this without boasting since Ron did the turkey - brined it and roasted it - mmmm just right.
God's blessings my friend.
