Well think we finally will have Jim's mom settled into a nursing home tomorrow.  She has been in the hospital for a week now and is making some progress walking since they are making her use a walker.  They offered a rehab bed in a nursing home and will transition her in about 4-6 weeks into the nursing home.  WOW what a lot of paperwork to get this done.  Had to hunt up files that were buried at her house and bank statements  and tax returns for the last 5 years!!! Hope we finally have it all together.  She isn't going to be happy when she finds out tomorrow.  No one has told her yet. 
I have a long weekend starting Friday, want to finish my house and refile all her stuff.  I'd really like to go to Boston--we'll see what happens. 
Lots of trick or treaters tonight though they were slow in starting tonight and we haven't had near as many as we usually do.  I still have about 1/2 my candy still and usually am shutting the lights off by now cause I'm out. 
Prayers to all affected by the hurricane.  We got rains and wind but nothing like the coast got.
