Saturday was a busy day. I went to cooking class, we learned how to make saute sauces--picatta, marsala, saltimbocca, milanese, and francais. We made them with veal, pork and chicken. It was a lot of fun. Class ran over by about an hour. I went by myself as everyone who said they would go changed their minds for reason or another.
When I got done with class I filled the gas tank and we left for Boston. Got there about 5pm and spent a few minutes with Rob, Kristine wasn't home. So we packed Shannon up and hit the road again. We made it home a little after 9pm. Tiring day. She had a few bad moments, wanting mom but for the most part it was ok. Yesterday we played, went for a walk and today we are baking papa a birthday cake. Aunt Kelly came over yesterday to visit. Gramma Betty and Uncle John were here too and they will come back tonight for cake and ice cream.
Gonna be a busy week--she's constant motion. But I love it and can't believe how big she's getting. She talks up a storm. Will take some pictures and post them later.
Gotta get my shower in before she wakes up.
