Well, I've been living with this for a couple weeks now. I had my mammogram done and then went back for more views (diagnostic) cause they saw something. I saw the surgeon today as they didn't like what they saw. I'm scheduled for a biopsy of the spot next Thursday. He was very good with me, they always ask for mother's family history and none of the women in my family have lived past 54 so there isn't a history---my generation is the first to have someone past that age (2 female cousins older than me)My dads side, on the other hand, is full of cancer. I'm trying not to worry, but it's hard. At least if it is something we have caught it early cause it's a very small spot they are looking at. But as the surgeon said, it's probably nothing but lets air on the side of caution. SO GET YOUR MAMMOGRAMS DONE !!!!!!!
Father's Day was yesterday, Jim was so pleased with the pictures he got of Shannon. We spent a quiet day, do wash, and watching the NASCAR race. Had steak on the BBQ.
As always my prayers are with our military.

Karen,
I've been thinking of you since your moderator's post on MMs.
God be with you as you wait and when the procedure is done, God willing, may there be good news. It will be good news for us all - and answered prayers.
Hugs, dear friend, to you and Jim.
Sue
