Well it's been an interesting and sad week here.  Jim's mom died on Easter Sunday, what a great day to go meet the Lord.  Last Thursday she really started to fail, I left work to sit with her, we called Jody and she headed north on Friday morning, they made it here Saturday afternoon so up to the nursing home we went.  Even though I had sent her pictures so she wouldn't be too shocked she was.  Sunday we were getting ready to go back up when we got the call.  So then it was numerous phone calls, funeral arrangements, etc.  Thank you to my neighbor and friend Gail--she made us dinner Sunday so we didn't have to cook.  Her husband Pat came to my rescue on Tuesday while Jim was out by fixing the leaking toliet. .  My sister made us a great casserole for the day of the funeral. 

Wednesday my little Olive got her glasses.  They are pink and so far she is leaving them on as long as mommy wears glasses.  So Lauren had to go buy a fake pair.  She's adorable in them. 

Now back to normal--I hope.  Jody and her daughter Meghan leave in the morning, Jim and I go back to work on Monday and next weekend I get to pick Shannon up for a week since I'm on vacation.  It'll be great having her here.
