Been a busy couple of weeks.  Work is very busy--just got done working 3-11 shifts for a couple of days training a new hire in the ER.  Don't miss that at all.  Monday I start a new class for scheduling.  In between time I have to get project done for Finance. 

This week has been pretty weird.  I got a call from my ex brother in law, his mom is dying and they had no idea how to find my ex.  Course I don't either, but I had a place to start.  One of my brothers had a phone number, which he wouldn't share but he did call and tell them.  So after I've talked to Mike (ex BIL) for a couple days in a row, he finally gets a call from his brother.  My ex has not spoken to anyone in his family in over 4 years till now.  Not sure if he going to try and get to his mom before she goes or what, but it's not my problem.   The first ex wife and I are better at communicating than anyone else.  June ( my ex MIL) has only a few days according to the docs, they have stopped all treatments.  I feel so bad for Mike having to deal with this all by himself, his dad isn't well either and I truly expected him to go first.  

On a good note, a friend from high school is back here on vacation and we are getting together with 2 other classmates for lunch tomorrow (one of them being my ex's first wife).  I can't wait to see them all again. 

Rob and Shannon are in Oregon on vacation, heading home tomorrow (today actually).  They sound like they've had a great time there.  She did well on her first plane flight except she started with a sinus infection and by the last leg of the flight her ears were really bothering her. 

COLD here tonight--single digits and going below zero by morning.  We had snow on Wednesday, that was a mess and now it's freezing.  Would rather have the snow. 

Guess I better try to sleep, it's almost 2 am.........
