We've had a busy week, pics are with our blankie and Pooh pillow, playing horsey on Papa's leg and having a picnic lunch. It rained most of the week so we were stuck indoors. Friday we went grocery shopping and visited Nana's friends at work where we hit the mother lode--Jeanne gave us money for a Happy Meal, Donna gave us a baggy full of goldfish crackers and Michele gave us 2 teddy bears. I needed a bigger purse to help carry it all. We got to ride our bike for a short time before it rained again. Today though was sunny and warm so we went to the park and played, came home, had a picnic lunch and then went to my brothers. Shannon played with my nephews, Meric who turns 2 tomorrow and Colson who is 8 1/2. She was tired out after that, getting cranky, but dinner, then a walk to the ice cream store and a bath and now in bed. Took her about 5 minutes to fall asleep tonight. She's missing mommy and daddy now though. It's time to take her home--tomorrow morning we will meet them part way. I now need a vacation from my vacation, but I wouldn't trade this time with her for anything in the world. She is full of questions, and remembers everything. The hardest part of the week was the camper in the yard and she wanted to go camping again. Today I was taking stuff back out to the camper and she wanted to know where her Pooh sheets were (they are on her bed cause she wanted them inside). She' full of it but so much fun.
