Yesterday my parents would have been married 50 years, a lifetime. I saw my sister last night, we talked about the old days (when we were young). What memories. My friend Sue had a birthday yesterday also. Jim always tells me that the great people were born in March (him, Kristine, Sue, my mom, etc) The joke was when his dad and my mom were alive they would say March was the best month and his dad and I would disagree and say September since his dad and I were born in September.
Spring is coming, my snowbanks are down alot--they were up to the bottom of the windows, it's 45 degrees out today--a heat wave!! Can't wait for the flowers to bloom. And camping to start. Jim goes the last weekend of April and then we both are headed to South Carolina for Mother's Day weekend races and then onto Myrtle Beach for a few days.
I'm finally catching up on life, my sleep, the bills, etc. Jim was wonderful during all that overtime, cooking, cleaning, etc. and no complaints. I've had all weekend, grocery shopped, got my hair done, cooked. It felt good to be back in the swing of things.

Hi Karen,
Thanks for the birthday wish. Well, maybe all the great people were born in March (Kasey's birthday is in March too :) but I think someone once told Caesar:
"beware the ides of March," teehee.
Glad you are catching up on things Karen - as you can see, I am still bringing up the rear.
Blessings to you and Jim.
Hugs,
Sue
