I was cleaning the dining room last week and found 8 rolls of film that I never developed. So off I went to the drugstore on Monday and dropped them off. Guess what I got back.....8 rolls of pictures that started back in September 2004, there were our vacation pics from Nashville in Oct. 2005, our trip to Buffalo to meet some of the Military Moms, Maine, pictures I took of the beautiful fruit basket I got when my dad passed away, and pictures of Shannon from this past April, a Christmas or two thrown in there also. I won't tell you what that just cost me, I will NEVER do that again--develop them as I take them, though I don't use that camera much anymore since Jim bought the digital camera. But still.....a roll at a time is much more affordable than 8 together......
The Christmas tree goes up this weekend, good weather for it, cold and possibly snowy and little ice thrown in. Stay nice and warm here decorating after I rearrange the living room to make room for the tree. I love having the tree up but it makes me miss the kids and Shannon and my mom more. My mom's favorite holiday....I loved hearing her play the hymns of Christmas on her piano. She was always humming or singing carols.

Ahhh Karen...memories. You don't know how many times I get out that CD of pictures that Jim put together of your trip here...awesome memories my friend.
We have lots to do here this weekend with Veronica..next week busier still. I'd better get my Christmas act together pretty soon. But didn't we just HAVE Christmas? The time between them gets shorter and shorter.
Blessings my friend and hugs to you and Jim.
