It was a long winter! Cold and snowy here in upstate NY. Spring has sprung and we are at camp till October. We set up last Saturday and it's been fun, missed my camping buddies. This is work weekend, cleaning up the campground, brush, downed limbs, etc. they are feeding us lunch and our group is putting together dinner, my contribution is a cake, there will be ribs, salads, beans, and whatever else someone brings.
Mothers Day is tomorrow, I miss my mom, she would have loved it up here, she loved the ocean more but any camping was fine with her, it was the relaxed feeling and new friends to make.
Time to get to work........
