With everyone here we have been shopping, sightseeing, and eating very well. Aaron is a chef and he's done some of the cooking while here. Right now he's cutting up a tenderloin into filet mignon. YUM!! Tomorrow we head for Maine for the day. Hope the weather clears up, it's raining here today.
Mother's Day we had a BBQ, picked up Jim's mom from the home she lives in, his Aunt Sandy, her daughter Susan, Aunt Ruth and her daughter Colleen and son Eddie. I did soaked chicken on the grill, we had 2 kinds of coleslaw, potato salad, a jello concoction and then I made lemon bars and raspberry squares for dessert. It was enjoyable. Rob called in the morning and I got a wonderful card from him and another from Shannon and Olive.
Have a fun week everyone, will catch up again later.

Karen,
Happy Mother's Day a couple of days late.
Sounds like you and Jim had a wonderful day. How our lives change over the years on Mother's Day, don't they? But it still comes back to the same reason we know we are blessed - family and friends, and the time spent together.
Hugs to you and Jim,
Sue
