Update on my mother in law, she finally had her surgery yesterday.  She did well, the rest of us not so well--exhausted.  I had a doc appt and Jim had to work half a day, they were supposed to take her about 9 am and be a 3 hour surgery.  They didn't take her till 2pm and a little after 5 the surgeon came out to talk to us.  Then she didn't get back to her room till almost 9 pm.  We saw her for a few minutes and headed home, a 45 minute drive.  Jody, John and Meghan had been there since about 9 in the morning.  They rebuilt the elbow with plates, wires, screws and the pieces that were in there.  Discovered she has severe osteoporosis so that didn't help.   Now for the healing process.  It's been a long week driving back and forth.  Thank you all for your prayers.  We all appreciate them.
