Well my vacation is over. We went camping at our new home park for our timeshare. After a rocky start due to some miscommunication it was a great vacation and we ended up staying an extra week and commuting to work. Our first night was without sewer as those sites were all taken. We moved the next day to sites with sewer. I left very early Saturday morning and drove out to pick Shannon up and got back in time to ride with everyone up to the campground. We had a great week with her. She learned to ride her bike without training wheels and swim underwater. We went rafting down the river one day which we all loved until the sunburns set in. Shannon was the only one who didn't get a burn. We were having so much fun that we decided to stay another week and commute to work. My sister and brother in law came for the weekend after July 4th. We also had some of the other families we normally camp with there for a few days and one of them even signed a contract to join the timeshare. It was so relaxing there.
This past Saturday we got home about noon from camping and emptied the truck, showered and changed and left for my sister's 25th anniversary party. Rob had come out Friday night so it was nice to have him for the weekend. We had a great time. They renewed their vows with the minister that married Jim and I. It was a long, hot, and tiring day.
We are now figuring out when to go back. We will commute to and from work. It's so relaxing to come back to the camper and not have to worry about anything. We can do 2 weeks in and then have to be out 1 week before we can go back. That's so doable!!!
Hugs to all

Karen,
So, I know you've probably given up on me, but as you might know,we were on vacation too. SO happy to know that you had a great time - especially with Shannon and that she learned so many things too! Then to end your vacation with such a happy occasion, plus having the weekend with Rob as well. I'm so glad...and hearing your sister and brother in law repeating their vows before the same minister who married you and Jim....well it must have brought back good memories.
Enjoy the rest of your summer - you have a whole month to go yet!!
Love and hugs to you and Jim,
Sue
